Dear Sir,

 First of all we  mainly apologize for our inability to come for dinner. I understand from Mr. Saify that you had made elaborate personal effort to prepare dinner for us. Definitely we feel sorry that we fail to attend.

 

 Secondly with immediate effect I am making arrangements to vacate your premises today and wishing you happy 2009.
